Getting Started

Our professional ski consultants will begin with an initial telephone consultation and in depth questionnaire to create a clear and concise picture of your property requirements and your budget. We will outline the buying process and answer any questions you may have about the service.

Financial Planning

We will help you to plan your budget taking into consideration the associated purchase costs and any other charges you need to be aware of. If you require a French mortgage we will liaise with the Assetz Finance team to create a personalised financial simulation advising you on the different mortgage options available to you given your specific circumstances.

Detailed Property Search

Once the budget and property requirements are in place, our fully bilingual on the ground representative will perform a detailed search in the specified area. They will promptly deliver a detailed list of properties matching your search criteria, with an impartial description of each.

Accompanied Visit

Once the short list of properties has been finalised, arrangements for an accompanied visit to the chosen sites with our bilingual representative will be made. Information about the resort and local facilities will be supplied by our representative and they will also offer their translation services if needed throughout the visits.

Assistance in Purchase

When a suitable property is found, we will assist in price negotiation with the local agencies, appointment and liaison with the French notary, explanation of the purchase contracts and the appointment of third party services if required.

On going Support
